Earth Yoga- In The Heart Of The Cave

Marble Arch Caves, 43 Marlbank Road, Enniskillen, Fermanagh, BT92 1EW
Yoga in cave

About

WHAT TO BRING

You will need to bring along a yoga mat, a blanket as the temperature in the cave is around 9 degrees so please dress for your temperature comfort level- socks, hat and a jumper or similar. We suggest you bring a hand towel (you may experience a few drops of water from the cave ceiling) and a warm drink in a flask with you.

Please note that we will walk down 154 steps to enter the cave, so runners/flat shoes are suggested. You may choose to be barefoot/socks or use yoga shoes once on your mat.

BOOKING INFORMATION

You don't need to be an experienced yogi to join this session. These classes are very private, so you can relax with no more than ten people on the session. Space is limited and advanced booking through the Marble Arch Caves is required. This is not a yoga programme of multiple sessions but individual sessions run with a similar style and programme.
