Kenneth Keavey– Founder, Green Earth Organics-Kenneth started 'Green Earth Organics' in 2006 which has gone on to become the largest home delivery company of organic produce in Ireland. Kenneth is a keen believer that there's never been a more urgent time to address & to fix our broken food system.
Charles Carr-Bullaun Ark:Biodynamic Regenerative farmer of vegetables and edible flowers in the West of Ireland. As seen recently on 'Ear to the Ground' .

Showcase of Food Producers: Browse the marquee of food and drink producers. Seize the opportunity to meet/greet, and taste the finest of local cheeses, honey, and drink producers from the region, as we celebrate local food autonomy and sovereignty.
Demonstrations/Tours/Entertainment
Explore the teeming array of local stalls of sustainable crafts in the grounds of the Organic Centre. Enjoy the sights, smells and tastes of Organic Centres apple pressing demonstrations throughout the day. Join chef Mike Harris (Edergole Kitchen) who will host two cooking demos showcasing Irish vegetables and fruit (Including the apple) into a number of delicious recipes, which will be easy to reproduce, and budget friendly. Step back in time with craft demos, basket weaving, hand spinning and Irish crafts. There will be plenty for the family to enjoy including children's arts and crafts section and heritage games and music from local entertainers, The Cleary Family.
The Grass Roof Cafe
Relax and enjoy food from the Grass Roof cafe, with an array of seasonal delights with Lily formally of 'Caife Bia Slainte' at the helm. A perfect way to treat yourself on the big day.
