Join Shauna and Amy at three of the National Trust's most stunning properties for three evenings of yoga, story telling and community across the summer. Each evening will celebrate the uniqueness of the property and the stories will reflect the folklore of the area.

Take in the nature around you as you move through some lovely beginner-friendly yet strong, grounding flows as each day begins to draw to a close.

Then indulge in warm drinks and tasty treats as you sit together and enjoy local wildlife and folklore tales.
