About
Join us for a social paddle to celebrate 15 years of Erne Paddlers and help us raise funds for the the club as part of our Firewalk Fundraising event.
All are welcome, beginners and experienced paddlers, members, non-members and members from other clubs.
This will be a guided lough paddle exploring the beautiful blueways of Fermanagh with coaching and paddling tips on the go for those who want it. The trip will be led by our friendly, experienced and qualified coaches, who all have a passion for the outdoors, and providing awesome experiences for our participants :)
We have excellent, stable touring kayaks that fit a wide range of people and are straight running, enabling people to enjoy this journey. We will also use open canoes for younger paddlers and families.
Also, join us on Sat 30th August, the day before (ask for camping and accommodation options) from 4 to 8 pm, for many fun activities, food and the Firewalk Fundraiser event itself.

Note: Paddlers from other clubs are more than welcome and those with any current Paddle NI Membership (e.g. Full, Affiliated, Youth, etc), can select the Members ticket to pay the reduced members rates. Final prices are calculated automatically at checkout.
SUITABLE FOR:
This is a social paddle suitable for everyone, including beginners. Participants should be aged 7yrs+.
EQUIPMENT:
We will provide all the paddlesport equipment you need; kayaks, canoes, spraydecks, paddles, buoyancy aids and helmets.
The only thing we can't supply is your personal paddling wear.
For these trips, normal outdoor clothes suitable for the prevailing weather (tracksuit, fleeces or walking clothes, including shoes to get wet) are perfectly fine. If you have a wetsuit, that's great, please feel free to wear it, but it's not necessary for a short trip this time of year.
A full set of dry clothes including shoes and a towel are essential to bring for your comfort and safety.
Most people arrive ready to go paddling or you may change at your car as many paddlers do. A changing towel and a mat to stand on make this a much easier and more discrete process, or a large bin liner to sit on, on the way home in your paddling kit works well too. Facilities
There are public toilets at the Round O though these are not always open.
