Located on the scenic banks of Lough Erne in County Fermanagh, The Boatyard Distillery is a vibrant working distillery offering an immersive, award‑winning visitor experience. As Fermanagh’s first legal distillery since 1890, Boatyard combines heritage, craftsmanship, and modern innovation to create premium spirits rooted in local character.

What to Expect on your Distillery Tour

Step behind the scenes and experience how Boatyard’s signature spirits are crafted — from raw botanicals to beautifully finished bottles.

Each 90‑minute guided tour includes:

A gin & tonic welcome reception

The story and origins of The Boatyard Distillery

A neat tasting of the full spirits range

Two handcrafted cocktails

A behind‑the‑scenes tour of the distillery, from distilling to labelling

A personalised 70cl bottle of Boatyard spirit to take home

Perfect for visitors who want to learn, taste, and truly connect with local craft spirit culture.

Private Taste & Tour Experience

Special Occasions: Book a private tour for your group if you have over 15 guests. Perfect for anniversaries, special birthdays, family catchups, hen parties, pre or post wedding celebrations.

Group Experiences - The distillery offers a flexible space suitable that can be tailored to hold up to 80 people, with catering options available for groups.

Outdoor seating is also available (before and after tours) when weather permits.
