Escape to Rossorry Villa, a welcoming three-bedroom detached home perfectly located on the edge of Enniskillen, offering space, comfort and convenience for families, friends and pet owners looking to explore the Fermanagh Lakelands.

Sleeping up to six guests, the property features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a cosy open fire, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a spacious sitting room, and an additional dining/living room. A newly built porch and accessible wet room with shower, WC and wash hand basin provide extra comfort and practicality. Upstairs, you'll find three generously sized double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Guests can relax with free Wi-Fi, a TV in the kitchen, and a TV and DVD player in the living room. On arrival, you'll be welcomed with complimentary tea, coffee and homemade bakes.

Outside, the beautifully maintained gardens are filled with colourful flowers throughout the seasons, including roses, lavender, heather and spring bulbs. The rear garden features a greenhouse, wildlife pond, wildflower area and vegetable plot, with guests invited to enjoy fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs during their stay.

Rossorry Villa enjoys an excellent location just a three-minute walk from the Round O at Brooke Park, home to a lakeside jetty, children's play park, bandstand, coffee shop and Erne Tours boat trips operating from March to October. A short stroll brings you into the heart of Enniskillen, where you can discover attractions including Enniskillen Castle, Headhunters Railway Museum, The Buttermarket, watersports, independent shops and a wide range of restaurants and cafés.

Many of Fermanagh's most spectacular attractions are within a 30-minute drive, including the Marble Arch Caves, Cuilcagh Boardwalk Trail, Florence Court, Castle Archdale Forest Park, Lough Navar Viewpoint and the Cuilcagh Lakelands Geopark. The property is also ideally placed for exploring nearby National Trust properties, historic sites and walking trails, while the stunning coastlines and beaches of Donegal and Sligo can be reached in under an hour.
