Thanksgiving at Ulster American Folk Park

2 Mellon Road, Omagh, County Tyrone, BT78 5QU
Thanksgiving at Ulster American Folk Park

About

Discover a traditional Thanksgiving at the Ulster American Folk Park on Saturday 28th November and Sunday 29th November.

Join the Partridges of Slippery Rock in our Western Pennsylvania Log House as they prepare their turkey dinner and eagerly await the return of their only son Joseph, an infantryman in the Union Army. This performance will be taking place several times throughout the day so you've multiple opportunities to catch it. You can also sample traditional Thanksgiving food, try your hand at American games and enjoy live music.

As we head into the festive season, you'll also have the chance to get creative with Christmas craft activities - make your own decorations to take home, or help us decorate the Folk Park for Christmas!

We're delighted to be joined by Dungiven Community Choir at 13:00 on Saturday 28th November in Mountjoy Meeting House for a Thanksgiving Weekend performance!
