Tree Top Ground Floor Apartment accommodates four people and is located in a private garden surrounded by a small woodland. The apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with built in wardrobe which share a bathroom. A cot and high chair can also be made available if required. The apartment has an open plan kitchen dinning living area with wood burning stove.The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven, kettle, toaster and washer dryer. The living area has a smart TV and a wireless internet connection. All bed linen and towels are provided as are basic supplies such as cling film, tin foil, bin bags etc. a complimentary basket of logs is also provided for the wood burning stove. 

There is ample parking around the apartment, and a private self-contained apartment is located on the first floor of the building. 

There is access to the Upper Lough Erne lakeshore and from April to September bookings include complimentary sit on top kayaks, paddles and buoyancy aids. Well behaved pets are very welcome. Guests bringing their own boat are welcome to leave it in the private marina located down the road at our other site.

Our prices include all bed linen and towels, electricity, central heating, basket of logs for the fire, wireless internet and the lodge is equipped with basic supplies such as cling film, tin foil, bin bags, fairy liquid, salt and pepper etc.

Tree Top Apartments are a minimum hire of 2 nights, and during July and August, holiday periods and bank holidays 3 nights.
