About

Bluebell Cottage is a luxurious, detached, self catering cottage on the shores of Upper Lough Erne.

With a mile of lakeshore, private marina to fish, canoe or boat from, play area and woodland on site, it offers an ideal base to explore Fermanagh, the surrounding counties, or simply just unwind with friends and family.

There is spacious accommodation for eight people with ground floor double bedroom, shower room, utility room, luxury kitchen, dining area with French doors to deck and gardens and a wood burning stove in the open plan living room. Upstairs the master bedroom is en suite with a balcony viewing Upper Lough Erne and there are two twin rooms with a bathroom off the landing.

Bluebell Cottage has its own garden area and private car parking for three cars. The site is accessed via electronic gates and the cottages are set back 300 metres from the road providing a safe environment for children, and well behaved pets, who are welcome. There is a large mown grass area for outdoor games and a children’s play area. An outdoor shed is provided for storing bikes, fishing equipment etc.

We offer canoe and traditional fishing boat hire from your cottage. Explore the upper lake with its hundreds of islands and world class fishing, or just cruise and take in the wildlife and stunning beauty of Upper Lough Erne. If you have your own boat bring it to the Lakes and enjoy use of a berth in the marina for the duration of your visit.

Bluebell Cottage is ideally located to explore County Fermanagh. Climb the Legnabrocky Trail (Cuilcagh Boardwalk) at the Marble Arch Global Geopark or visit three stunning National Trust Properties; Crom, Florencecourt or Castle Coole, all of which are within 20 minutes drive. Enjoy shopping in Enniskillen, or catch a show at the lakeside theatre, the Ardhowen.
