Meditation and Mindfulness

42 Geaglum Road, Derrylin, Fermanagh, BT929GN
Tim McEvitt

About

Learn to meditate and stay in the present moment using the mani mantra
from Tibetan Buddhism and the Krishna maha-mantra.
Silent meditation, gentle murmuring of mantras and
singing relaxation (kirtan) with Tim. Relaxation and rest periods. Some practise takes place in our meditation garden.

Meditation sitting in chairs, or in a position that suits you. We'll have a break
and an interval. There will be mixture of talking about meditation and the mind,
and then focusing on the mantras.

Tim experienced ashram (monastery / temple) life from age 18 to 29. He now
hosts yoga / meditation retreats, and has been doing this for 20 years.

Cost: £10, plus booking fee.
