Come flow with us at our Yoga Lunch!

Awaken the body and mind with a morning yoga class overlooking the lake, followed by a lake sauna experience and dip in the lake to revive the senses. Finish the experience with a lunch at The Bay.

-Yoga class at 10.30am
-Sauna and lake dip
-Lunch at 12.30pm
-Departure at 1.30pm
