As we come to the end of summer, we welcome & the beginning of autumn.
This Retreat invites us to embrace the seasons as we begin to unwind after the summer months and prepare ourselves for hybernation
Yoga, meditation, sound bath, pranayama & restorative yoga, plus Aura Photography & Cacao

8.30 am – Restorative Reiki Yoga with Donna & Sukhada

10.45 am – 1.30 – Aura Photography Sessions with Kate
2.00 pm – Lunch
2.45 – Depart Retreat Centre for Walk at Florence Court
5.30 – Return to Retreat Centre.
5.30 – Therapy
6.30 – Dinner
7.30 – Therapy
8.30 pm – Sound Bath With Donna
8.45 – Therapy

9 am -Yoga with Genny
10.30 – Final Meditation to end the Retreat.
12.20 – option to depart for the Island for the Sunday Program
