local & regional partners in presenting our third Enniskillen Island Town Plein Air Painting & drawing outdoors weekend.We are celebrating this unique event fri 19th, sat 20th & sun 21st Sept 2025.
10 am to 4pm meeting daily at Enniskillen Castle Museum.
We are thrilled to present our three distinguished Artists offering workshops in a variety of media & materials, including pastels,acrylics, watercolours & oils providing insights and practical tips & strategies on painting plein air.
■ Jacque McNeill member of the Ulster Society of Women Artists & the Ulster Watercolour Society will demonstrate a workshop on Sept 19th 10am to 12.30pm.Blue Green Yonder
■ Paul Walls Artist, internationally renowned impasto painter,member of Royal Ulster Academy ,will lead his workshop on Sat Sept 20th 10am to 12.30pm at Enniskillen Castle Museums.
■ Jeff Monaghan esteemed member of the Ulster Water Colour Society & Water Colour Society of Ireland, provides his workshop on sunday Sept 21st 10am to 12.30pm at Castlecoole Estate
■ All participants provide their own materials or can source art materials from Erne Art Erne Art & Craft Store in The Buttermarket Enniskillen
■ POP UP Gallery at Enniskillen Castle.
Each day there will be a Pop up Gallery at Enniskillen Castle free to all members of the Public to enjoy & to purchase an original work of art.
We want you to enjoy,experience, capture & celebrate this beautiful Island Town and warmly welcome all to continue to explore and embrace the waterways as well as the natural and built Heritage here.Come rest, play paint & stay here!
■REGISRATION
Registration fee £25.00 entitles you to participate in self directed plein air opportunities and to showcase and sell your masterpieces in our dedicated pop up Gallery,at Enniskillen Castle on each evening after the dedicated workshops at 4.30pm.
Those that wish to access the expertise of our Guest Artists & Workshops can register also on the link below £25.each
You can choose to participate in all three days or indeed individual days.
We welcome all levels of interest.Advice on what to bring is also advised.With opportunities to win prizes,exhibit & sell your work.
