On Friday 26 June, working steam engines will make their way into Omagh Town Centre going on display at Hotel Rue Car Park from 12 noon to 4.00 pm. This promises to be a memorable occasion, with these magnificent machines showcasing the power, craftsmanship and innovation of a bygone era.
Live music, beginning at 1.00pm, will add to the atmosphere and create a vibrant and welcoming experience for all to enjoy. The Steam Engine’s will then make their way out the Gortin Road to Glenpark Estate where they will stay for the evening, before making the final leg of their journey over the Sperrin’s making a stop in Gortin Village on Saturday approx. 12pm – 2pm then onwards and finishing in Plumbridge on Saturday 27 June.
