Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is proud to sponsor a vibrant programme of events for Culture Night 2025, taking place on Friday, 19 September 2025. This annual celebration invites residents and visitors to enjoy a diverse array of free cultural experiences throughout the District.
From traditional Irish music and dance, cultural tours, walks and talks to historical reenactments, Culture Night 2025 will showcase the richness of local talent and heritage, promoting community engagement and cultural pride.
Councillor Barry McElduff, Chair of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, said:

The Knocks Community Association present An evening of Song and Dance.
Trillick: Traditional Music Session in Corrigan’s with Trillick Comhaltas
Dún Uladh Cultural and Heritage Centre: Traditional music session led by Francis Sheridan and Eamon Donnelly.
Mallard Community Charitable Hub: Celebrating Rudyard Kipling’s ancestral ties to the village, with a focus on his literary legacy including The Jungle Book.
Drumquin Historical Society: Re-enactment of The Langfield Flower and Agricultural Show in Drumquin village centre.
Pobal ar a’n Iúl: Art competition for local primary school children exploring their townlands and pop up gaeltacht at Bogan’s.
Friends of Holy Trinity Primary School: Bilingual workshop with Seamas mac Annaidh on the origins of Enniskillen’s placenames.
Omagh Heritage Forum: A Celebration of Omagh’s Literary Heritage
Omagh Pride Presents: Shared Threads – Quilts, Memory and Resistance.
