Belcoo Sports & Festival promises to be a thrilling family event running from Saturday 8th - Monday 17th August 2026. with loads of fun for all ages.
The Belcoo Festival is back with a packed programme of family-friendly entertainment, community events and live music for all ages.
Taking place over several days, the festival features a wide variety of activities including family fun days, children's entertainment, sporting events, a community parade, live music, traditional music sessions, quizzes, bingo, tractor runs, treasure hunts, fishing competitions, exhibitions and much more.
Visitors can enjoy entertainment throughout the week with fun for all the family, while food, refreshments and a lively festival atmosphere make it the perfect summer outing. From community favourites to exciting headline events, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Come along, get involved and experience one of Fermanagh's most popular community festivals.
Saturday 8th kicks proceedings off with the annual ‘Borderline Cycle’ at 10am (see facebook for details), spectators can enjoy a relaxing ‘afternoon tea & cake sale’ from 1pm in the marquee, bring the children along to partake in our arts & crafts workshops.
Sunday 9th sees ‘Walk/Jog/Run for Oisín’, it will start from Railway Street at 1pm. See Facebook for details. A family fun run on Tuesday 8th promises to be fun for all the family!
On Wednesday 12th our marquee will host storytellers Paddy Montague & Gerry Farrell. Both artists are award winning and promises to give plenty of laughs and enjoyment. Gerry Farrell’s brings his ‘I had to go for counselling’ show to Belcoo. They will be on stage at 8pm sharp. Definitely not to be missed!
Thursday 13th evening brings ‘Aldo’ the magician to the marquee with his magic show and disco after.
Friday 14th is a busy day, kicking off with ‘Little Mess’ at 11am and Bushcraft skills at 1pm. That evening at 6.30pm the festival will host a Tractor Run & Burger - vintage and modern tractors are all welcome. Meet at the community centre, then travelling via the village. Spectators are invited to view the spectacle along the route. Burgers are kindly donated by ‘Burgo’, music will follow in the cottage meadow from 7.30 – everyone welcome! Friday night at 10pm is one the festival highlights as we host ‘Declan Nerney’. A night of fun, music & dancing guaranteed!
The main day of the festival is the ever-popular Sports day on Saturday 15th August, it kicks off at 2pm with the parade – All fancy dress, floats, vintage cars and tractors are welcome in the parade, come along and join in. Children are invited to join the parade with their bikes, tractors etc.
The fun day includes Athletics, Swing Boats, Pet Farm, Dog Show, Poitin Making, Bouncy Castles, Tug-O-War, GAA Freekick Challenge and a whole lot more! The marquee will have music and bar all day. The Mickey Dolan Country Roadshow will commence at 6.30pm in the marquee.
Sunday 18th events are always very popular. It starts off with a children’s fishing competition at 10am, followed by Bingo is in the marquee at 3pm with a massive guaranteed jackpot of £1,000!!! This is followed by a Car Treasure hunt which is always great fun at 6pm.
The final day of the festival, Monday 17th, concludes with two big events. The duck race at the bridge at 7.30pm (see local businesses for a chance to win). The table quiz is in the marquee at 9pm. Come and test your knowledge in this ever-popular event.
