Welcome to Fermanagh Classic Fishing Festival 2026
A very warm welcome, and thank you for registering for the Fermanagh Classic Fishing Festival 2026.
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, in collaboration with DAERA Inland Fisheries, and with continued sponsorship from Tackle Guru, are proud to host this iconic angling event once again.
Alongside a fantastic prize fund, Tackle Guru will provide a high-quality goody bag for all registered anglers, as well as prizes for podium finishers.
We look forward to welcoming both new and returning anglers for what promises to be another memorable week on the Erne system.
Opening Event & Registration
Details of sections and peg allocations will be shared at the Opening Event:
- Sunday 26th April
- 6:00pm – 7:00pm
- The Westville Hotel, 14–20 Tempo Road, Enniskillen, BT74 6HR
At the event, you will:

Collect your registration card

Review maps and directions for fishing sections

Have the opportunity to register for the Team Competition (via Erne Anglers)

Catch up with fellow competitors before the week begins
If you are unable to attend, registration materials can be collected at the first draw on Monday 27th April at 8:30am

Evening Entertainment
Enniskillen BID is once again supporting the festival, with evening entertainment and special offers available from Monday to Thursday across a range of local hospitality venues — the perfect way to relax after a day on the water.

Important Information for Anglers
Fishing Licence
Please ensure you have purchased a valid fishing licence before the event.
Leave No Trace
We kindly ask all anglers to respect the environment and follow Leave No Trace principles throughout the festival.
Biosecurity Measures
To help protect the Erne system from invasive species, all anglers are required to dip their nets:
