The property offers old world charm with today’s cosy comforts, providing a great space for getaways large or small. For walking enthusiasts, this house is located within 6 miles approximately of The Cuilcagh Boardwalk, The Marble Arch Caves and Global Geopark along with Florence Court House and The Claddagh Glen. Guests also have use of private boat slipway within close proximity and secure overnight parking for boats and vessels. So feel free to bring along your fishing boat, speed boat or jetski.

Unlock the door to light and airy open plan living space where rich oak floors meet luxuriant tartans and linens. Step down to the galley kitchen and dining area where even if you have to cook, you can still enjoy the views as you prepare your meals. The open plan ground floor overlooks your own private terrace and stone built barbecue. Glance a stone's throw away and take in the natural scene of Knockninny Quay and the lake shore.

Please note: Pets are not permitted inside the property. Dogs/cats are permitted outside, but must be kept on a lead and secured inside the grounds of the Old Boathouse.
