On the shores of Lower Lough Erne next to the marina and 100 yards from the hotel are our self-catering cottages. These brown brick chalet style cottages are set in our private grounds and the large panoramic windows allow you to enjoy uninterrupted views of this wonderful waterway. Each cottage has its own veranda and picnic table for relaxing and enjoying the renowned sunset in Killadeas Bay.
For those looking to relax you can sit back and enjoy the view, stroll round our private grounds and marina, or enjoy a treatment at the hotel’s beauty salon. For the more energetic, residents have free use of the Tennis Court, Pitch & Putt, Games Room and Boules Pitt. We offer heavily discounted rates on our golf course with clubs and trolleys for hire and we have Day Boats available for full or half day hire. The hotel has a full leisure complex and Spa available at a small extra cost. For the water enthusiast we offer our private fishing jetties and shoreline directly in front of the cottages. Mooring and launching facilities are included in the cottage price.
Bed linen, towels, heating and electric is included in the price. Each cottage has 2x twin bedded rooms, sleeping 4. Bed linen is also provided for the option of an additional 2 people to use the living room (only advisable for short stays). Televisions, DVD players and Irons are included and the kitchens are fully equipped with cooker, fridge freezer and microwave.

Our large sheltered marina is situated on our own grounds in Killadeas Bay, overlooking Hay Island. A warm welcome awaits all visitors at our reception centre where we have a gift shop, toilet/shower block, telephone, laundry facilities and free car parking. Our friendly staff are ready to help organise activities for you during your stay.

Situated just 100m from the marina the Manor House Hotel offers its leisure & Spa complex to cottage residents for a small additional cost. The hotel has an excellent restaurant overlooking Killadeas Bay and there is also great bar snacks available at their lively cellar bar that also offers regular live entertainment. For those looking to be spoilt look no further than the luscious cocktail bar in the hub of the 19th century house.
Suggestions to do during your stay:
Suggestions…Why not hire a Day Boat for the day and cruise up to Devenish Island (just 45 minutes by boat) and visit the ancient Monastic site (home to a 12th century round tower). After Devenish head on to the island town of Enniskillen for lunch and visit the Castle, Lakeland forum, feed the ducks and visit the play area at the Round ‘O’ or just stroll through the fantastic array of shops on the main street. Then gently cruise through the islands back to the marina and to your cottage to round off a days cruising on the lakes.
Suggestions…After breakfast on the veranda overlooking Killadeas Bay head out for a round of golf, a game of tennis or just a nice walk around the grounds. Back to the cottage for an early lunch before heading to Florencecourt to visit the Marble Arch Caves and the beautiful 18th century National Trust property, Florencecourt House. Back to the cottage and up to the hotel for dinner in the lively cellar bar followed by a relaxing drink listening to the live entertainment.
Suggestions…Following a few hours early morning fishing, back up to the cottage for a late breakfast. Gather everyone up and set off for some water sports or horse riding in some of the many nearby activity centres. Back to the cottage and relax for the late afternoon before heading into Enniskillen for a pre-theatre dinner in one of the many top class restaurants in the town. After dinner it’s off to the Ardhowen Theatre for some light entertainment.
